3 weeks old

Adeliene is 3 weeks old today!  To celebrate, she took a nap on the couch...

Baby Clothes

Baby Addie has some of the cutest clothes around, and I promise to post more pics of her all dressed up.  But for hangin at the house she pretty much lives in a white t-shirt and her comfy cloth diapers.

She decided to dress like Daddy on Wednesday, so they both wore their white t-shirts and gray sweatshorts...

Sometimes she wears super cute pants like these with a kitty on the butt....an adorable gift from Tommy & Louise!

Once Addie got the hang of it, she rolled over a whole bunch!  Here's one of the many vidos captured by Brad...

She needed a little paci time after all of her hard work!

And then we all needed a nap.

Louie enjoys the Boppy pillow almost as much as Addie.



2 weeks old

Adeliene is 2 weeks old today! 

I asked her how old she is for this picture and she held up 3 fingers instead of 2....little girls are always in a hurry to grow up, aren't they!

This is not a lie....

It's true....we officially have the most advanced baby ever.  I will admit that I had my doubts (as did Brad's parents) when Brad told me that our Addie Lou rolled over (from tummy to back) Sunday night while she was having tummy time on her playmat.

It happened once and Brad tried desperately to wake me up from my nap on the couch to watch it again....of course, I couldn't keep my eyes open and missed it a second time!

So...Monday morning we tried it again and guess what....She Did It!  I witnessed it myself, along with gram and grandpa.  There was a ridiculous amount of clapping and cheering (and maybe even a few tears) from all!

So check off one milestone...Adeliene officially rolled over when she was only 12 days old!

Brad has been trying to videotape it ever since, so stayed tuned for that post....
