4th of July (part one)

We had such a fun 4th of July!  We saw a super cool parade with Tiffany and baby Rocco - and Tiffany took a lot of great pics that I will post in "4th of July (part two)" really soon!

In the meantime, here are a few that I tried to snap first thing in the morning - but my camera was cold from sitting in the nice AC and it was crazy hot and humid outside, so my lens immediately fogged - I think it actually makes some of them look like vintage photos, so maybe I've discovered a cool new photography method - what do you think, Jennifer?

Addie, Mama & Nana went to Wisconsin to visit Addie's GG (that's great-grandma) and to celebrate some birthdays - the 3 cousins (Addie, Charlie & Taylor) all had birthdays in June or July!

We had so much fun playing, eating cake & opening presents!

We had one delicious cake for everyone and each birthday girl had her own special cupcake...

Charlie wasn't too sure about hers at first, but she eventually got the hang of it...

Addie, on the other hand, got right in there.  The girl knows her way around a cupcake!

Addie has been taking classes at the Little Gym this spring and today was her "show" day - which doesn't mean much for a bunch of toddlers - but it was a fun opportunity for them to show off and the mamas to take pics!

Addie Cake loves the balance beam - it's her fav!  She used to reach for my hands and now she pushes me away and yells "NO!" when I try to help her!

At the end of class, all the kiddos got to stand on a podium one by one and get a super cool yellow ribbon!  Here's Adds right after - she was pumped about it!

a busy week

Celebrated E's birthday with breakfast at his new fav....Dunkin Donuts...yum!

 And had a blast at his birthday party at the zoo that weekend....everyone loved the zoo carousel!

Addie rode the emu and laughed and smiled the whole time.  Lots of "Whoa!"s too!

 Her favorite animal was the tiger....he kept walking back and forth and growling/roaring really loud!  Adds loved it and "Meow"ed at him - I guess he is just a big kitty, right?!

cold weather and cold ice cream

It will be nice when it's warmer outside and we don't have to bundle up so much to play at the park....but Addie sure is cute all bundled!

Even cold weather can't keep Addie from her favorite....ice cream.

Addie's next fav is nail polish.  She used to be content to let Mommy paint her nails, but now she wants to do it - sometimes for Mommy....
